  1. How can I install the SenseAnywhere AiroSensor and access point?

    Answer:

    The accesspoint needs to be connected to an internet connection. The accesspoint is ready when the green led lamp on the accesspoint is activated. Login to the SenseAnywhere Application and register your new AiroSensor datalogger. Remove the datalogger from the holder and placed it near the accesspoint for activation and place it back in the holder. The AiroSensor will be activated and monitoring is started. 

  2. What is the batterylife of the sensors? 

    Answer:
    The AiroSensor dataloggers have an internal battery that can last up to 10 years based on recording frequence of every 5 minutes.

  3. Can I install a new battery?

    Answer:
     No exchange of batteries is possible.

  4. Is maintenance required for the SenseAnywhere system? Answer: The AiroSensor dataloggers are maintenance free. No exchange of batteries required.

  5. Is calibration required?

    Answer:
    The yearly deviation of the accuracy of the AiroSensor dataloggers are expected low. Calibration can be required based on the applicable regulation requirements.

  6. How can I login to SAClient?

    Answer:
    You need to go to the website www.saclient.com. You need the make an account first and login afterwards.

  7. How can I install an extra AiroSensor datalogger?

    Answer:
    You need to login and register to new AiroSensor datalogger.

  8. How is the data stored?

    Answer:
    The monitoring data is stored in the SenseAnywhere Client Cloud application.

  9. Can I make reports?

    Answer:
    Yes you can generate a report in the SenseAnywhere in the management section.

  10. Is the SenseAnywhere system including Cloud application FDA 21CFR Part 11 complaint?

    Answer:
    The SenseAnywhere cloud application has a FDA 21 CFR Part 11 functionality that can be activated.
